Reservations Deposit
A $500 Booking Deposit is required to secure reservations within 7 days of reservation request. The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation
A fee of $100.00 will be assessed for cancellation up to 45 days prior to arrival date. All payments will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 45 days of arrival date.

Other Terms & Conditions

  • Check-in time: 3 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 11 a.m.
  • Minimum night stay: 5 nights
  • Maximum occupancy: 4 people
  • Children 12 years and under stay are included in maximum occupancies
  • No pets allowed
  • No smoking allowed
  • We honor MasterCard, Visa and American Express
  • Monthly rates subject to availability
  • Rates are subject to 11.42% Hawaii State Tax
  • All rates, fees and taxes are subject to change
  • A $200 refundable cleaning deposit required in case of damages
  • A $140 cleaning fee applies
  • Cleaning fee is waived with 7 night stay
  • Daily or mid-stay maid service is available should you so desire for a small fee
  • Half day rentals for late check-out / early check-in available, depending upon availability

Holiday Reservations
There is a 10 night minimum length of stay between Dec. 15th - Jan. 5th.
